Psychosocial Risk Reviews - Mining, Professional and Financial Services

Our strategic consulting services use best practice and data-driven approaches to identify workplace psychosocial risks. We have created multidisciplinary teams to evaluate policies and data and identify and prioritise risks and effective interventions. With a focus on good job design we’ve codesigned initiatives with clients to prioritise wellbeing and productivity.

Key recent projects have included an underground drilling operator which analysis included use of  the People at Work Survey and focus groups and national financial services and a large tier 1 legal firm, which utilised data capture and interview methodologies.
