Shared Safety and Risk is really excited to welcome Alexandra Tillman to our consulting team as Principal Consultant. Alex brings a wealth of industry and consulting health, safety and environmental experience across defence, heavy industry and the tertiary education sector. Alex is known for her ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable strategies, facilitate psychosocial risk assessments, and coach executive teams through cultural transformation. Her work consistently delivers measurable improvements in safety performance, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Alex has already hit the ground running with us on WHS gap analysis and psychosocial risk projects.
