Leadership as a Psychosocial Risk Control Webinar 

We had a great response to our recent webinar, focussed on leveraging senior leadership and middle-level leadership as a control for psychosocial risks. With over 70 registrations from Australia, Canada, US and Europe we were also pleased to see multiple registrations from the same organisations and across HR, WHS and legal roles, leading us to feel that the multidisciplinary approach to psychosocial risk is actually happening. 

In the session, participant feedback on their Boards' current maturity and understanding of psychosocial risk scored a low 2.1 out of a potential, highly engaged '5'. More work is definitely needed at this level and our discussion focussed on practical and meaningful ways to enage at this level and how to practically support the 'middle level'.
